The unique culinary experience on the farm with Regula Schmid - participant in the SRF series "Landfrauenküche 2021". She offers Swiss Tavolata on her farm in Inner Glas.
Beschreibung
Cooking, catering for guests and teaching them about farming in a unique landscape at the top of the Heinzenberg in the Beverin Nature Park. That is Regula's goal. The family breeds grey suckler cows on their farm. They live all year round at more or less 1800 metres above sea level.
Home-grown produce such as meat, vegetables, herbs, syrup and baked goods are offered as part of an exclusive menu. Guests from four people (up to approx. 15 people) can enjoy a fine meal in the cosy ambience of the kitchen or, from around the end of May, in the converted Jägerstübli. Whether families, small company dinners or with good friends, everything is possible.
In addition to a meal, you can also simply order cakes or desserts, for example for a birthday. The self-service farm shop sells a wide range of products.
Animals on the farm
Suckler cows and grey cattle calves, chickens, ducks and cats.
Production
Vegetables, meat, baked goods (Nusstorte and Totenbeinli), herbs, ointments (available in the farm shop).
