The Pinot complements the ensemble of the Klinik Gut in Fläsch as an island of culinary delights with a suitable ambience and a unique terrace in the beautiful garden. Enjoy the daily changing seasonal offer for lunch from the famous star chef, Roland Schmid. In the afternoon our homemade cake, homemade ice cream specialties, a PINOT - Plättli or a Cervelatsalat with a glass of wine. Our weekly highlight is the gourmet evening on Thursdays from 6 pm. The food is fresh, contemporary and in time with the four seasons. Sometimes with regional accents, sometimes international. Always with love and passion, simple, honest and perfect in taste. The creations combine the new with the traditional. Roland Schmid likes to find the best food from local producers. A good glass of wine is also optimally matched to the dish.
