Palazzo Salis

Great emphasis is placed on regional cuisine. The recipes have been passed down from father to son and reflect both tradition and innovation. Special attention is paid to the use of local products.

The picturesque garden at the back of the complex deserves special mention. In its oldest known form, it was built in the 18th century in geometric shapes. A century later, it was complemented by native and exotic groups of trees, including a sequoia. When the weather is fine, meals are also served outside in the garden or on the terrace in front of the palazzo.
