Beschreibung

The starting point of the route is the village of Tarasp. (1402 m above sea level) Along the southwest leading alpine road, the route leads into Val Vallatscha up to Alp Laisch (1814 m above sea level). From Alp Laisch, the forest path leads along a summer path northwards into the forest clearing. In the forest clearing, the path leads again southwest to the fork below Crap Putér. (2215 m above sea level) The final ascent leads over a rock step above Mot Fuorcla to Crap Putèr. (2368 m above sea level) There are two descent options, one via the ascent path and the other via the forest clearing Laviner Gitmot.

  • By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or from the Upper Engadin) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station

  • By PostBus (from Martina, Sent, Ftan or Tarasp) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station

  • Further by PostBus to the PostBus stop Tarasp, Fontana

Anreise Information


  • From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or over the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadine on H27

  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on H27

  • From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27

  • Tarasp lies directly on the Engadine road H27 between Susch and Giarsun/Guarda.
