Beschreibung
Six information boards are located directly on the hiking trail. In addition, you will find two external panels on the topics "Schmelza" and "Gletschertopf und Averserstrasse". The mining plaque (Schmelza) is located about 1 kilometer down the valley from the starting point at the ruins of the Schmelza (location Google Maps). 1 km up the valley is the sign "Gletschertopf und Averserstrasse", where you can also observe a glacier pot on the river bank (location Google Maps). Both signs stand on the street and are clearly visible.
The varied circular route was created in 2007 as part of a Matura thesis. The aim was entirely to get to know nature better and to learn new things, as well as to raise awareness of the environment and to promote hiking tourism in Val Ferrera.
Geheimtipp
