There are various approaches to the hut or to the via ferrata. We limit ourselves here to the longest variant from Trun. If you want to know more about the alternatives, please visit the website of the Camona da Punteglias CAS.
The actual via ferrata takes about 1.5 hours from the entrance to the hut. The turn-off from the hiking trail is signposted with a wooden board. The rest of the route is well marked with yellow triangles. The well-secured via ferrata in difficulty K2 was installed in 2018 in a variety of ways. It leads over slabs, past rock roofs and has walking distances again and again. If you are surprised by a thunderstorm, you can leave the via ferrata in the direction of the Hüttenweg via the two emergency exits.
The indicated hiking time refers to the outward and return route.

We recommend an overnight stay in the Punteglias hut and the next day a descent via the Alp da Schlans to Brigels.
