According to Fr. Placidus à Spescha, the chapel, built on the site of a small holy house, was consecrated on 26 June 1706 by Father Johannes von Castelberg with episcopal authority.

Small, south-facing chapel with recessed, vaulted choir closed on three sides. Above the nave is a wooden ceiling in the shape of barrels, gable roof with shingled ridge turret.
Murals
Scenes from the Passion. The altar made of marbled stucco represents a simple, two-column aedicule. The altarpiece, dated 1706, depicts Madonna of the Rosary with St. Sebastian and Valentine. Carved rococo antependium.
