Heart trails - the healthy way to move
In cooperation with the Swiss Heart Foundation, Loipen Schweiz is launching the "Heart Trails" project. 18 cross-country ski trails throughout Switzerland are waiting to be tested. These are designed in such a way that the route is simple and clear, as well as does not involve a large incline. The trails are especially suitable for beginners as well as people with a weakened condition and anyone who wants to do something for their heart health.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
From Chur, the Rhaetian Railway runs every hour to Arosa and back again. At the Postplatz - only a few meters from the train station - the Iselbus is waiting for you, which takes you directly to the cross-country ski trail. The bus's travel times can be found at: arosa.swiss/cross-country skiing
Anreise Information
From Chur, follow the signs to Arosa. At the entrance to the village, turn left in front of the petrol station and follow the signs to the reservoir.
Parken
Since there is only a very limited number of parking spaces available at the reservoir, it is recommended to park your car in the Ochsenbühl parking garage. This is located at the entrance to the village on the left after the sports and congress centre. From here to the Postplatz (from where the Isel bus leaves) it is only about 100m.
