Wartenstein

From this location you have the best view of Bad Ragaz, the Bündner Herrschaft and the surrounding mountains.

Sargans Castle

 Everyone has seen it at least once when driving by: Sargans Castle. Today, however, you will not drive by, but stop at this historic building from the 12th century.

Flumserberg

From the parking lot, you can reach the Züribänkli in just 10 minutes on foot. The view is brilliant and extends over Lake Walen to the Limmat city of Zurich.

Walenstadt

From this vantage point, you can see Lake Walen in its full glory. Due to the towering Churfirsten chain and its narrow shape, it is often referred to as the "fjord of Switzerland".

Lower thirds

You will find a very secluded spot here at Lake Walen. The perfect spot for a romantic picnic by the lake.

Jenins in the Graubünden dominion

Even the name sounds like Pinot Noir in a glass. The grapes ripen beautifully here, where the sun shines like almost nowhere else in Graubünden.
