On the almost 8 hectare farm, a wide range of salads, as well as fresh and stored vegetables is cultivated. In summer, heat-loving plants such as aubergines, cucumbers and tomatoes also thrive in the foil tunnels. On the remaining grassland, the suckler cows graze with their calves in spring and autumn. In summer, when the Grauvieh z'Alp goes, hay and Emd are produced for the winter.

All year round, restaurateurs in the Surselva and the organic food store in Chur are supplied. They look forward to selling their vegetables directly to end consumers every Saturday from May to October at the weekly market in Chur. The stand is located on Obere Gasse, right next to Martinsplatz. For vegetable lovers from the surrounding area, the webshop is offered from May onwards, with collection from the farm.
