Tschiertschen - Runcalier - Churwalden (09)

From the centre  of the village, follow the cantonal road in the direction of Chur via the car park at the entrance to the village to the bridge over the "Pajüelbach" (1306 m above sea level). About 100 metres after the bridge, the alpine path to the "Untersäss" branches off to the left of the cantonal road. Follow this road for about 100 metres and turn right onto the footpath in the direction of Praden. This runs slightly uphill via "Fraumatten" to "Inner Praden", from where you descend relatively steeply into the "Sagentobel" and the cantonal road. This can be reached between "Inner Praden" and "Usser Praden" directly at the old sawmill in the "Sagentobel" (1168 m above sea level). M).

From there you can reach "Usser Praden" in about 5 minutes via the cantonal road). There, the path branches off to the left and leads towards the "Steinbachtobel". Shortly before the ravine, the paths separate and we follow the path in the direction of "Runcalier-Churwalden". After a short, steep climb, you reach the road to "Runcalier". Via «Capfeders», «Büel» and «Stein» you reach the village of Churwalden.
