Trailrunning Isel - small Altein waterfall

The route starts at the WWTP in the Isel and first leads around the reservoir. Through the idyllic Iselwald, which is a bit reminiscent of the forests in Scandinavia, the route leads flat, but very slightly uphill, to the small Altein waterfall. If you dare to get up close, you will be rewarded with a cool refreshment. The route leads along the Welschtobelbach stream back to the parking lot at the ARA. 

In spring you can admire Frauenschüahli (flower) in the Isel.

From the WWTP over the new suspension bridge, to the reservoir influence, once around the reservoir, a piece on the winter cross-country ski trail to the rear bridge at the end of the wide stream bed, a detour to the small Alteinwasserfall, on the other side of the stream (Welschtobelbach) back to the ARA.
