Mini Nusstörtchen

Smallest nut cake in the world

Beschreibung

Graubünden’s most famous specialty measures just four centimetres - no bigger than a five-wheeler made by confectioner Reto Schmid. He invented this 19-gram delicacy. The mini tart has previously won awards. Just like its big counterpart, it’s made from shortcrust pastry with a filling of honey, walnuts and caramel. Stop by Café Dulezi of Conditoria Schmid in Sedrun. You may even see the master making his specialty.
