The 3.5-room apartment (70 m2) is located on the ground floor of a detached house with a total of 2 apartments in a quiet but very central location. The house was completely renovated in 2022.  A covered terrace  and a large garden are available in summer and winter. A storage room for skis and  with washing machine is located right next to the entrance of the apartment.  The train station, supermarket, restaurants and the wellness and adventure pool "Bogn Sedrun" and the children's ski area "Valtgeva"  are within walking distance. Access to the Disentis ski area via the Cuolm da Vi cable car and to the Andermatt-Sedrun ski arena with the Matterhorn-Gotthard cable car from Sedrun (5 min travel time). The car can be parked directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the house.
