Beschreibung
At 2140 m above sea level. M. (mountain station of the gondola lift), you are a lot closer to the sun. On the panoramic trail (skating only) you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Rheinwald and the mountain world of Piz Tambo. A small cross-country ski trail has been rolled around the frozen Tambo-Lago reservoir. Food and drink are available in the mountain restaurant. Here, the large sun terrace invites you to linger and enjoy.
The Splügen mountain railroads (including the Splügen - Tanatzhöhi gondola lift) operate from 09.00 to 16.00. Further information can be found on the Internet.
Information on the condition of the lifts, pistes and paths in the Rheinwald can be found here.
Geheimtipp
There are various more challenging trails in the valley if you haven't had enough after a round on the Tanatzhöhi.
Ausrüstung
Cross-country skiing equipment can be hired from Splügen Sport.
Wegbeschreibung
The short loop starts directly at the Tanatzhöhi mountain station and runs around the Tambo-Lago reservoir back to the mountain station.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
Splügen can be reached by PostBus. Further information can be found in the SBB online timetable. You can then take the gondola lift up to Tanatzhöhi.

The large parking lot of the Splügen-Tambo mountain railroads is chargeable and is located at the valley station(location Google Maps).
