The Tällihorn is one of the longer ski tours among the many touring options in the sunny Safiental. Past secluded alpine huts and large boulders, it goes to the great summit.

In Safien Thalkirch, at the old post office, you can mount your skis directly behind the last houses. After a good three hundred meters of ascent, you reach the huts of Alp Tscheurig at 2004 meters above sea level. Now the terrain tends to get a little steeper and the first boulders protrude from the snow cover. This landscape, interspersed with rocks and scree, requires enough snow. Otherwise, the "stone grind" on the ski base is guaranteed and getting through is unfavorable.
Because of the steepness, the summit slope requires a good choice of route. But those who have made it will be rewarded with a phenomenal panorama.
The descent is preferably via the ascent route.

The tour can also be done from Bäch or Turrahus. These variants are longer and/or with more elevation gain.

Anfahrt
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
Take the train to the RhB station Versam-Safien. Continue with the post bus almost to the terminus "Thalkirch, alte Post"
Anreise Information
Drive from Chur or Ilanz to Versam. Then turn into the Safiental valley and drive to Safien Thalkirch.
Winter equipment required.

There are some parking spaces in front of the church.
More parking spaces are located about 500 meters earlier, directly on the road near Malönja.
