Location Our apartment is located in Laax village, about 8 minutes walk from the village center, in a 4-family house. The house is located in an unspoilt, sunny location with an unobstructed view of the Signina Group with Piz Riein and Piz Fess. Apartment The functionally furnished 3.5-room apartment is located on the ground floor with ground-level access to the garden seating area, also suitable for children. The living/dining room (34sqm) is bright and spacious and has a cozy seating area with fireplace and large window front. The two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each. The well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. The apartment has 2 wet rooms: bathroom with toilet and a separate shower room with toilet. A laundry room with tumble dryer can be used. The apartment has a lockable single garage and an additional parking space. Pets are not allowed.
