Song recital with works by Schoeck and Bauer

Othmar Schoeck's song cycle Nachhall, Op. 70 meets Michael Emanuel Bauer's
afterimages. Reverberation is Schoeck's last major work, composed in 1954 and
premiered in 1955 at the Tonhalle Zurich in the original version for voice
and orchestra. In this cycle, Schoeck processed premonitions of death, amazement
about the pull of the past and the extinction of the trace of every life.
Bauer continues Schoeck's cycle in his composition, which was composed in 2022; one
Continuation which, in the sense of the word "reverberation", is a rehearsal, a reverberation
