Silva Parcours

Every sixth child today can no longer somersault and every fifth child is overweight. We read such and other alarming statements more and more frequently in the media. These statements have prompted graubündenSPORT and the Office for Forests to launch the Silva Parcours project. For example, so-called Silva Parcours are to be created throughout the canton of Graubünden. In addition to the conscious movements in the fresh air, the children between the ages of 5 and 10 should also get to know the atmosphere of our Grisons forests.

Since the summer of 2006, the time has also come in Obersaxen: In the Pifal forest near Chummenbühl, a Silva parcours is available for all children.

Right at the entrance to the forest there are free parking spaces. Alternative parking opposite bus stop Chummabühl. Please use the pavement in the direction of Meierhof, and then turn right into the forest. No passage across the meadow to the forest.
