Shiatsu workshop in Landquart

In Marion Bernardini's workshop, you will learn more about the mode of action of holistic body therapy, Shiatsu and the basics of this form of therapy. During the workshop, you can try out and experience individual exercises sitting, standing and lying down. You will be gently guided according to your possibilities.

Marion Bernardini is a dipl. Zen Shiatsu therapist with her own practice in Landquart recognized by ASCA, EMR and ECG health insurance companies.

In the workshop you will learn about the mode of action of holistic body therapy, Shiatsu and the basics of this form of therapy. You will be gently guided according to your possibilities. From 2 p.m., after the welcome by the head of the counseling center of the regional rheumatism league, a first workshop part follows, about 3 p.m. a break with coffee, tea and cake and until 3.45 p.m. a second workshop part.
