Route Arosa – Maran

With over 60 kilometres of hiking trails, Arosa offers many reasons to visit even in the snowless seasons. On the 1.4 km long and family-friendly route of the Squirrel Trail, as the name suggests, we meet the cute rodents again and again. And not at all shy, they don't disappear into the next treetop when we approach them. Children can easily observe and feed the furry animals. In addition, we are accompanied by the story of Emilie and Erich Squirrel, which can be read spread over ten panels. If you're hungry, there are plenty of cosy places to rest and roast a sausage over the fire.  If you prefer a roof over your head, you will find a restaurant with a playground at the end of the approx. 30-minute hike, which offers the little ones even more opportunity to let off steam. The Squirrel Trail is accessible with a stroller and is a memorable experience for all animal lovers. If you just want to enjoy nature and the beautiful landscape, you will get your money's worth on this excursion.
