According to the Federal Statistical Office, 702,000 people (8.2 percent) were affected by poverty in Switzerland in 2022. Among them are an above-average number of single parents and people with little education. Twice as many people cannot pay an unexpected bill of 2500 francs.

How do people affected by poverty live in Switzerland? And can poor people be rich in confidence and humility? Bruno Fuchs portrays eleven people of different age groups who talk openly about their lives and are affected by poverty for different reasons.
