Ragnatscher Fall

The Ragnatscherfall above Mels near Sargans comes from a small stream with a length of about 3.5km. The water flows over sandstone into the valley and the fall is already visible from the highway. What is particularly impressive about this waterfall is that you can float spectacularly above it. The Palfriesbahn leads over long distances over the waterfalls of the Ragnatscher Bach.
Tip: Visit the waterfall in spring when the snow melts or after heavy rains.
