The wooden bridge Val da Mulin is made of wood, which all comes from municipal forests. With it, a gap in the hiking network from Lumbrein in the direction of Vrin could be closed. The bridge is a good 52 meters long and 22 meters high.
Beschreibung
The wooden bridge was built in 2008 from local spruce. It is 22 meters high, 52.6 meters long and 1.5 meters wide. The entire construction was prefabricated in 6 parts and then brought in and assembled by helicopter.
The cool gorge below with the pure water exudes pleasant freshness and tranquility. The Punt Val Mulin connects Lumbrein with the hamlet of Sogn Andriu and thus closes a gap in the hiking network from Lumbrein towards Vrin.
