Pardatsch, Vrin

The waterfalls of the nearby stream near the mountain pastures of Pardatsch fascinate with their powerful energies. Before Pardatsch, a steep hiking trail leads to Alp Patnaul. It is a very old crossing to Vals. The name with Rhaetian origin comes from "Patnal" and refers to a striking, hilly terrain. Patnal stands in prehistoric Raetia for settlement, fortification or cult place, similar to "Madrisa". Meanwhile, there is evidence that "Patnals" were also places of burnt offering rituals.
