Oratorio Sant'Anna

The Oratory of Sant'Anna is located in the center of Poschiavo on the south side of the church of San Vittore Mauro. Behind a loggia, which was converted into an ossuary in 1903, hides a longitudinal building, which consists in a well-coordinated sequence of three successively lined up, surprised spatial units of decreasing height and belongs to the most exquisite baroque sacred buildings in Graubünden. Particularly noteworthy is the illusionistic ceiling painting of the altar house vault, created by The Veltliner Lorenzo Poccioli around 1760.

In July and August, the Oratory of Sant'Anna is open to visitors on Wednesday afternoons.
