Beschreibung

The element of fire appears in Feldis in a beautiful and terrible way at the same time. The Feldiser Spazierweg village tour shows how devastating a fire in 1774 was: 39 houses and 27 stables fell victim to the flames, only one house remained unscathed. Nevertheless, fire remained the most important source of heat and light: electric light burned in Feldis for the first time in 1916. By the way, sausages and more are available in the village shop.

Feldis can be reached by cable car from Rhäzüns or by PostBus from Tomils. Further information on the timetable can be found on the SBB website: www.sbb.ch. 

Anreise Information

Feldis
On the A13, take exit 20-Rothenbrunnen. Then follow the signs to Tomils on the cantonal road to Feldis.

Rhäzüns (cable car Rhäzüns - Feldis)
From the north on the A13 towards San Bernardino, take exit 19-Bonaduz. From the south on the A13 towards Chur, take exit 20-Rothenbrunnen. Then follow the signs to Rhäzüns.

Parken

Free parking is available at the valley station of the cable car in Rhäzüns and for day visitors (no permanent parking) at the valley station of the chairlift in Feldis.
