The tour starts in Munter and leads via Salez and Tgamona to Ziteil to the highest pilgrimage church in Europe 2429 m. On the other side it goes via Pitgogna, to Som igls Mellens and on to Cre digl Lai. From there the path leads via Bargung, Lungatigia, Pro Barlegn, Cresta da Lai and Talvangas to Tigignas. At Som igls Mellens there is a nice barbecue area.

If you want to enjoy even more views, make a detour to Piz Toissa 2657 m. It's worth it!
