MTB Tour Peil

Partially through the Peiler forest. Back to Vals via the Tschifera, uf der Matta and Aberschhus mountain passes.

Geissalp Peil: Experience the return of the goats to the alp between approx. 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.

From Visit Vals through the village towards Zerfreila. The start begins with a steep climb in Valézum Grosscher through the Peiler forest. At Waldchappeli the road becomes a little flatter and the cool forest offers some relaxation. The ascent on a gravel path to the Bodahus is again steep. The reward is a fantastic view of the Peiler mountains and the Valser Horn. Descent on a narrow path through the colourful meadows. In Peil, the Peil kiosk invites you to take a short break. The ride continues with a flat section, followed by an ascent to the Tschifera. The path is bumpy and peppered with inclines. After Tschifera, the descent to the village begins via the Maiensässen Uf dr Matta and Aberschhus on a hiking trail that requires some skill. From Aberschhus üvia the melioration roads back to Vals. Via the Rufena and Mura districts back to Visit Vals.
