Mountain tour Malbun – Älpli Malans

Malbun – Augstenberg – Pfälzerhütte – Barthümeljoch – Älpli. This enjoyable hike requires surefootedness and stamina for about 7 hours of hiking, 17 kilometers, 1200 meters in altitude!

Meeting point Sargans train station: 7.30 a.m. Shared journey by public transport to Malbun: From Sargans at 7.44 a.m. Connection from Älplibahn at 6.55 a.m. by post bus to Jenins – Maienfeld, then by S-Bahn at 7.12 a.m. to Sargans. Descent with the Älplibahn at 5.30 p.m. and 5.45 p.m.

CHF 30.00 per person francs for the Zvieriplättli in the Älplibahn-Beizli with salsiz, cheese, pear bread and a glass of wine and the descent by Älplibahn (arrival by public transport and possible stop at the Pfälzerhütte at your own expense).
