Beschreibung

The Madrisa round trip starts in Klosters-Dorf. From there, the gondola lift to Madrisa, the Schaffürggli chairlift and the Madrisa T-bar lift are used to reach around 2500 m. From the Madrisa ski area, cross eastwards to the Schlappinerjoch (2201 m) and then descend northwards into the Valzifenz Valley. Through this valley you reach Gargellen (1420 m) in the Montafon (Austria). The chairlift (Schafbergbahn) and ski lift (Kristallbahn) take you back to an altitude of 2200 m. A short descent northwards along the valley run to Gargellen is followed by an approximately 45-minute ascent to the St. Antönier Joch.

A wonderful descent through the Alpeltitälli to St. Antönien concludes the Madrisa round trip. What is a fantastic 3-day tour in summer can easily be experienced in one day in winter.

After a well-deserved break in one of the cosy restaurants in St. Antönien, post buses drive to Küblis. There you can take the Rhaetian Railway back to Klosters-Dorf.

Geheimtipp

Round trip tickets are available online here or directly at the valley station of the Madrisa mountain railways in Klosters.
