Beautiful fireplace right by the Libi lake at 2001 metres above sea level at the foot of Piz Beverin.
Beschreibung
The fireplace can be reached on foot from Mathon or Lohn in approx. 1.5 hours. The ascent via the hiking trails requires good footwear. There is a table and various seating areas around the fireplace. The splendour of the flowers on the mountain meadows around the lake is a real natural spectacle, especially in spring. You can also cool your feet in the mountain lake, for example after a hike to the neighbouring Piz Beverin (2998 m above sea level), one of the most famous panoramic mountains in Graubünden.

Mathon and Lohn can be reached by PostBus. From there it is a 1.5 hour ascent to the Libi lake. Further information on the timetable can be found in the SBB online timetable.
