History: Although the synopsis records under the year 1420 that Abbot Peter built the chapel in order to participate in the protection of St. Agatha against fire damage, the finding shows that this was probably only a reconstruction. specifications: The chapel was a single-nave hall church, in the east wall of which three almost equivalent apses are hollowed out, segmentally shaped in the floor plan, but not protruding from the outside. Tower on the north side. The floor covered with stone slabs as a raised sanctuary. Above the whole room there is a continuous ledge ceiling. In the south wall, near the altar, is a cube-shaped niche for appliances. The entrance is on the western front. The Tower: Bare square construction with tent roof. On the second floor, slots open, in the third round-arched narrow window and in the top coupled round arch window with curly fighters over partial columns without bases and capitals. Murals: Fragments of a cycle of scenes from the life of St. Agatha uncovered. Above the side entrance, a picture of the protective cloak Madonna is arranged between the windows. equipment: Until more recently, there were two Gothic altars here, the Strigel altar from 1489 and an altar from 1522. The altar is now in the house chapel of the abbot of the monastery Disentis, in the parish church is the Strigelaltar. The empty shrine of the former main altar of St. Agatha from the 17th century now hangs on wood-carved gilded chandeliers with Régence ornaments. Bells: Gebr. Grassmayr Feldkirch, 1872 and from the 15th century with inscriptions.
