Beschreibung

From Brün (Valendas) you hike along the winter hiking and tobogganing trail for about an hour up to Imschlacht, where you can fortify yourself in the tobogganing restaurant before speeding back down to Brün on the toboggan. Fun for the whole family!

The toboggan run is open daily from around mid-December until the beginning of March. The toboggan run is open every day from 12.00 to 17.00 during Christmas/New Year. After that on Saturday and Sunday until the beginning of March.

Geheimtipp

A special experience is night or moon sledging. After a leisurely hike from Brün to the Imschlacht toboggan run, you are treated to a fondue à discretion in the cosy restaurant and then enjoy the speedy toboggan run back to Brün. A great event also for companies, clubs and groups.

Sicherheitshinweis

The road/sledging run from Brün may not be used by car. There is a driving ban.

Ausrüstung

Sleds can be rented at the Schlittelbeizli (sledding restaurant).

The winter hiking and sledging trail winds its way up a pleasant incline from the hamlet of Brün to the Maiensässhütten Imschlacht. The view of the Surselva mountains and down to the Rhine is magnificent.
