The 5 1/2 room holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people. The house was completed at the end of 2017 and is furnished in a modern alpine chic style. The old wooden beams are visible, in contrast to this the light wooden ceilings, slab floor, underfloor heating and large panoramic window. From the terrace and the bright living/dining area you have a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of the Val Lumnezia.
The snow must be cleared by yourself. The cottage is located in the middle of the village of Degen, the post office is in the immediate vicinity. In Vella and the surrounding villages there are shops and restaurants. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the valley station of the Obersaxen Mundaun mountain railways in Vella. Ilanz can be reached by car in 15 minutes, and the Flims/Laax/Falera ski area in 20 minutes.

A parking space in front of the house is available and included in the price, further parking is available in the public parking lot of the municipality directly opposite. Pets not allowed, non-smoking and not wheelchair accessible.
