The semi-detached house, built in 1868, is located in the middle of the village centre of the sun-drenched Cumbel - surrounded by sheepfolds and buildings from the same era. The holiday home with its 7 rooms and the large kitchen is extremely spacious and ideal for joint (family) holidays. Due to the embedded location and thanks to the cozy charm, it is also extremely pleasant to live alone or in a small circle at the Bargia Stgira. Between 2012 and 2015, the part of the house was gently renovated. All rooms are freshly painted, all floors have been newly laid and the kitchen and bathroom are completely renewed.
The soapstone stove - built in 1868 - in the old part of the house has been restored and now serves as heating for the parlour. Hot water and cosy warmth are provided by a new built-in wood pellet heating system - completely CO2 neutral.

Parking is available for three cars directly at the house. Additional vehicles can be parked about 200 meters away.
