Hof Lajet

The farm shop offers syrups, jams, various herbal salts, edible flower mixtures, tea, dried herbs, eggs, alpine and farm postcards as well as dried porcini mushrooms. These products come from our own cultivation or are collected in the natural environment and on the farm's own alp. A herb garden thrives on the farm in Valbella, and chickens live in a mobile wagon, donkeys, goats and seasonal pigs. In addition, the family runs a private alp below the Scalotta on the Lenzerheide with about 70 cattle. Mixed pork packages, dried meat, lard and occasionally goat sausages and goat salsiz are also available on request.
