Grüsch
Mighty old manor houses from the 16th century form the village centre of Grüsch (600 m) and bear witness to the former "Herrennest" in Prättigau. They were built by the rich noble families of Salis, von Ott and Sprecher von Bernegg.

Beschreibung

Immediately after the narrow valley entrance of the Klus, a road leads in a southerly direction into the Valzeinertal, which extends about 12 kilometers up into the Alps.

The Haus zum Rosengarten in Grüsch is today regarded as a cultural meeting place for the Prättigau. The panelling, coffered and stucco ceilings in the parlors, ancestral and knightly halls as well as the mighty vaults alone are worth seeing and worthy of a museum.

Skiers, hikers or snowboarders – everyone feels comfortable! Families are particularly welcome in the Grüsch-Danusa ski area. Here children have their own ski paradise, and the Hotel Grüsch near the valley station is not only inexpensive, but ideal for children. The Tourist Center at the valley station of the mountain railways serves as a central point of contact for the entire offer of the holiday region.
