The house is located in the municipality of Rueun, in the picturesque Grisons (canton of Graubünden/Switzerland), near Ilanz. The village itself is located on a terrace above the valley floor on the Anterior Rhine, surrounded by forest and meadows. The accommodation is the perfect starting point for a wide variety of leisure activities in nature.

In winter, you can reach the Obersaxen/Lumnezia ski region and the inexpensive ski area of Brigels as well as the Laax/Flims ski and snowboard area in just a few minutes by car. The toboggan runs (Laax/Ilanz/Brigels) and snowshoeing are also very popular. For cross-country skiers, the trails in Trun, Obersaxen, Brigels and Flims are freshly groomed every day.

In summer, there are various swimming opportunities (Ilanz outdoor pool, Cauma and Cresta lakes in the Flims Forest, Davos Munts) and countless hiking routes in an overwhelming alpine nature (Rhine Gorge, Conn viewpoint, reservoirs, Flims waterway, etc.).

Within a few minutes' walk there is a football pitch, which can be reserved on request - we are also happy to organise a training match if required!
