Golerberg Sun Bench

Sonnenbänkli Golerberg
Above Pfäfers, at over 1,200 metres above sea level, is the high valley of St. Margrethenberg. In winter, it is worth visiting the Golerberg to soak up the sun.

Beschreibung

The Sonnenbänkli Golerberg is located at the end of the almost 3-kilometre-long and groomed Fürggli-Golerberg winter hiking trail.   Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a view of the Graubünden mountains, the Rhine Valley, the Churfirsten and the Pizol area.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Take the train to Bad Ragaz and then take the Postbus to Pfäfers Postplatz and change to the Postbus on the St.Margrethenberg. From the terminus you walk 45 minutes to the Fürggli.

Anfahrt

Motorway exit Bad Ragaz - follow the signs in the direction of Pfäfers - drive through Pfäfers and continue in the direction of Vättis until you reach the St.Margrethenberg junction.
