The glacier garden is located about 400 meters south of the station and is well marked and secured throughout. All glacier mills are precisely described and secured with railings. A glacier pot is even "interactive". With caution, you can descend a steel staircase to the bottom of this huge circular pot. In addition to the glacier mills, you will also find a unique alpine vegetation in the glacier garden. After the retreat of the glacier about 10,000 years ago, a special biotope has also been created. On the tour you reach a beautiful hillside terrace with a view of the whole Valposchiavo. The hike ends at the bridge over the Cavagliasco stream, where a huge gorge opens. Via a metal staircase you can descend into this gorge and admire the bizarre rock formations. On a wide path you return to the train station in a few minutes.
