Furnerberg e-bike circular tour

An e-bike tour that offers everything: leisurely ascent, outrageous views, scenic hard to beat. After the start in Furna you drive along the little-used, paved alpine road up towards Scära. The somewhat wooded upper part is wonderful, especially in summer, as it is cool. About in the middle you change from tar to gravel. Over the Furnerberg the path is partly a bit washed out but also for beginners tiptop drivable and after the Alp Rona (hosted in summer) you already switch back to paved documents. A pleasure tour where enough time should be planned for refreshments, panoramic enjoyment and alpine cheese buying. Also worth driving in the afternoon.  

Be sure to try the fine alpine cheese from Alp Rona and take a large backpack with you so that you can take enough of it home. You can't get any fresher to Alpkäse!

From the starting point follow the road towards Hinterberg - after about 1.5 km you turn right and follow the road uphill. After about 3.5 km you change from tar to gravel. If you skip the stop at Berghaus Scära, turn right towards Alp Rona. After the impressive sloping fence areas on Matta, the road leads back down to Furna.
