On the Stagias hill, where storm Vivian brought down the old fir trees years ago, a young mixed forest has grown. In the course of the reforestation, a fire brigade pond was also created, which gave the landscape a blue spot. Right next to it is a fire pit and seating. Nearby is the building of the Academia Vivian and to the south there is an unobstructed view of the glaciers of Piz Medel. A beautiful place.
The village can be reached on foot from Mompé Medel in about 1 hour 15. Or from Mutschnengia in about 40 minutes. With a driving permit from the municipality of Medel, it is possible to arrive by car
