The 2-room apartment (40m2) is located on the upper floor of the two-family house. The house is located in the village of Tobel, about 1 km after Obersaxen Meierhof with a view of the opposite mountains of the Tödikette. Post bus stop (post bus or sports bus) about 80m below on the main road.

The chairlift valley station of Meierhof-Kartitscha can be easily reached by sports bus.

In winter, the Rufalipark can be reached in about 10 minutes by sports bus. In winter with ice rink, in summer with swimming lake, tennis court, children's playground, fireplace and all year round the indoor play paradise.
