The 3-room apartment (1st floor) and the 2-room apartment (attic, 3rd floor) are located in an apartment building with a total of 4 apartments. The house "Uf am Stutz" is located in the hamlet of Misanenga in a sunny location and close to the 4-seater chairlift Misanenga - Untermatt and Chummenbühl. In the basement there is a ski and drying room. A parking space is available directly at the house. Great view of the beautiful mountains just a few minutes' walk from the chairlift and the Rufalipark with swimming lake (free of charge).

The Chummenbühl ski lift can be reached on skis. It is a 5-minute walk to the ice rink, the Rufalipark - leisure facility with swimming lake and large playground - and the new 4-seater chairlift Misanenga-Untermatt. The shops are located in Obersaxen-Affeier (10 minutes on foot) and in Obersaxen-Meierhof (2 minutes by car).
