The 3 1/2 room apartment is located in a 3-family house in Cumbel, at the end of a quiet neighborhood without through traffic with breathtaking views of the mountain panorama of the Val Lumnezia. The apartment has a cellar compartment where the firewood for the soapstone stove is stored. Right next to it is the laundry room where skis / bicycles can be stored. The free ski bus (winter) takes you directly to the Vella valley station. The Sesslebahn then takes you to the Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia ski area. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The bus ride takes about 5 minutes. In summer, the Lumezia offers wonderful hiking and biking routes. Parking in front of the house available, non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
