Shopping facilities are within 4 minutes walking distance. The (ski) bus stop is very close to the house. In 3 minutes drive you can easily reach the valley station of the chairlift Ftan, which takes you directly to the ski arena Motta Naluns. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. Two garage places are available in the house.

In summer as well as in winter the surrounding invites you to small and big walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which starts directly in front of the house.
