Our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Laret near the village fountain.
We have rebuilt the house in 2022/2023.
The living room and the kitchen are modern and generously furnished.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed and a large wardrobe.

The ski bus is also only 2 minutes away.
Some of the hiking trails start from the house.

The village centre Samnaun can be reached in 45 minutes with a nice hike.
