Fellilücke

The Fellilücke is the transition from the Oberalp Pass to the Fellital in the canton of Uri. In clear weather you can see far into Central Switzerland.

Finds of Roman coins and a finger ring confirmed the inspection of the gap in Roman times. In August 1799, French troops of Claude-Jacques Lecourbe crossed the Fellilücke towards the Oberalp Pass.
