Beschreibung

From the schoolhouse, the winter hiking trail leads through the tranquil village of Fanas up towards Plandadein. At about 1100 m above sea level  The cosy, very sunny Plandadein Baizli invites you to linger. The hike continues into the enchanting Egg and Lengtannenwald, where it goes back to Fanas via Trügli. An easy but promising winter hike for young and old.

Geheimtipp

A visit to the cozy and sunny Plandadein Baizli is always worthwhile. The hike can also be ideally combined with a ride on the Fanas cable car.

Normal winter hiking equipment; depending on the conditions, poles may be recommended.

Anfahrt

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

With the RhB Rhaetian Railway to Grüsch Grüsch or Schiers and then with the PostBus to Fanas. (timetable fields 90.203 / 90.211).

Anreise Information

Take the A13 motorway to Landquart. In Landquart take exit no. 14 in the direction of Landquart, Davos, Vereina. After the Chlus tunnel, take the 1st exit Grüsch/Fanas. In Grüsch, turn off in the centre of the village onto the mountain road towards Fanas. After the sign, follow the signs for the cable car.

Parken

For 10 hours free of charge at the Fanas schoolhouse or at the valley station of the Fanas cable car.
